The Bethel Public Library is looking for a new Senior Library Assistant!

The primary responsibilities of this position are to work under the direct supervision of the Library Director and Programming & Outreach Librarian overseeing marketing and outreach by maintaining and expanding the Library’s digital and online presence, and provides direct support to librarians with outreach in the community to promote library services. The minimum qualification for this position are a bachelor’s degree and working knowledge of WordPress. This position also provides services to the public at all service desks throughout the library, assists with technical services and requires evening and weekend hours as part of the regular work schedule. All staff work in a collaborative environment with other staff to complete daily tasks, conduct programs, and coordinate outreach.
