Art and literature go hand in hand at the Library! Here you’ll find a great selection of books on art, artists, collectibles, and the history behind them. You’ll also find artwork! Read on to learn more about art at the Library…

The Library has several spaces for exhibiting framed watercolors, paintings, and drawings. There also are locked display cabinets for small items such as postcards, figurines, and other collectibles.

The Library even has a “Creative Corner” for adults! Located on the second floor near the Reference Desk, there are coloring pages and pencils, as well as origami supplies with instructions. Stop by any time, or scroll through our online event calendar and sign up for our regularly scheduled “Coloring for Adults” sessions. There you’ll enjoy the company of other adults in a relaxing environment that fosters creativity and comraderie!
