Book Sales and Donations

THE FRIENDS OF THE BETHEL PUBLIC LIBRARY PRESENTS ITS ANNUAL BOOK SALE  AUGUST 28-30 20,000 books! 1000 LPs! DVDs! CDs! MORE!!!  General Purpose Room Main Level of the Municipal Center School Street, Bethel, CT Saturday, August 28 8am-10 am: Early Birds $10 10am-4pm: Items Full Price  Sunday, August 29 10am-4pm: Items Half Price Monday, August 30 9am-12 noon: Big-Bag Sale

The Friends collects books, audio-visual materials, and recent computer software for its sales throughout the year. Items should be brought to the front of the Teen Center Building next to the library on Library Place on Wednesday evenings between 6 pm and 8 pm. Please, items in good condition only. Audio-visual materials should be in their original cover or jacket. Also, we do not accept magazines, encyclopedias, or condensed books.

Wine Tasting Tuesday, September 21, from 6-9 pm

Enjoy great wine and hors d'oeuvres at our Wine Tasting fund raiser held at La Zingara Ristorante
$35 per person. Each attendee will receive a commemorative wine glass with admission.
