Photoshop Elements Project: Personalized Cards for Valentine’s Day

Want to express yourself to your Valentine this year? Design a card to show them how you really feel, using the digital graphics editing program, Photoshop Elements. Your Valentine card can be modernist or ornately flourished – the sky is the limit! You are encouraged to bring your own digital photography, but it is not required.
