Founder’s Day Community Dance
Saturday, September 8, 7:00-8:30 pm

FAMILIES! COUPLES! SINGLES! SENIORS!

We’re celebrating our Founder, Maria Parloa, all month long! Please join us for the kick-off party for all ages, and kick up your heels at this special Community Dance. Patricia Campbell and “The Reel Thing” musicians will lead the fun.

Jewelry-Making For Adults: Pearls
Sunday, September 24, 2:00-3:30 pm

Since Ancient Antiquity, going back around 4,000 years, pearls have been favored by many civilizations as the most coveted of gemstones. This workshop led by Diane Kopta will give you the opportunity to make your own cultured pearl necklace, and learn how to use the tools, wire, crimp beads, and clasp to accomplish this.

Flower Arranging For Children (ages 5-12)

Come enjoy the fun of creating your own colorful flower arrangements! We’re very pleased to have Kathleen and Chris of Alice’s Flower Shop guide us. Flowers and containers will be provided.
